1. Who processes the data

2. What data we collect
Only the data you enter in the forms yourself: name, email, phone, company name, city or region, craft and the text of your message. Your IP address is used briefly to protect the forms from spam and is not stored with your request. The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we process it
To reply to your enquiry; to review applications for the contest, education or the Incubator; to prepare an Agency proposal; to send project news if you have subscribed.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.
5. Storage and protection
The data is stored in a database on a server located in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Only authorised project staff have access to it. The site uses a secure HTTPS connection. Data is kept no longer than needed for these purposes and no longer than 3 years from the day it was received, after which it is deleted automatically. Backups, in which deleted data may remain, are kept for no more than 14 days.
6. Sharing with third parties
To handle requests, the data is transferred to the qCRM system used by the operator; only project staff have access to it. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties, except where required by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Cloudflare Turnstile service may be used to protect the forms from spam.
7. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent by writing to [EMAIL]. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
